APPROACH


In order to be able to draw up a personalized training and nutrition program for you, I work according to a certain method.

INTAKE

During the intake we discuss your goals, sports/fitness background, lifestyle, diet, sleep rhythm, etc.

FIRST MEASUREMENT TIME

After the intake, the first measurement is performed to determine the initial situation. Think of body composition (fat percentage and muscle mass) and body size (circumference of waist, legs and arms).

TRAINING PROGRAM.

Based on the objectives discussed during the intake, a tailor-made training plan will be drawn up for you.

FOOD PROGRAM.

From the first moment of contact you will be asked to keep a food diary for 7 days. Based on this, I will draw up a nutrition program for you, explaining exactly how many calories you can eat per day and what ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats is optimal for your goal.

EVALUATION

Every 4 weeks, measurements are taken again and progress is evaluated.

Because healthy food is the basis of good health, I will help you optimize your diet in addition to the training program.

After all, if your diet is not optimal, you can never get the maximum result from your training sessions.

CUSTOM PLAN

Every person reacts differently to food. What works for one may be counterproductive for another. That is why there is no universally healthy diet.

I don’t work with a one-size-fits-all diet, our nutrition programs are always tailor-made. I will teach you to listen to your body so that you can discover which (composition of) nutrients your body responds best to so that you can function and perform optimally.
